Is this dress available now or made to order?
Items labelled Available now have published prices, sizes and stock. Custom designs are made to order; the studio confirms fabric, fit, price and completion date. Custom enquiries do not reserve stock. Ready-to-wear stock is reserved when your website order is placed successfully.
How do I choose the right size?
Use Find my size as a starting guide, then ask the studio to confirm the actual garment measurements. Cuts and fabrics differ. You can also request a studio fitting.
What does a fitting visit cost?
Studio visits have no additional visit charge. A home measurement or service visit adds ₦20,000, subject to location and confirmation. Tailoring and alteration work are quoted separately.
How do payment and collection work?
The studio confirms the final price and collection or delivery arrangements with you. Ready-to-wear checkout offers online payment through Paystack, processed using Nokolite Ltd. You can pay for garments in full online, or pay the separate ₦5,000 commitment fee online for outside-Abuja payment on delivery. Delivery outside Abuja is quoted and paid separately. You can order ready-to-wear directly on the website and pay physically during an appointment or on delivery. Payment on delivery is available in Abuja. Outside Abuja, a separate ₦5,000 commitment fee is paid before dispatch; it is not deducted from the garment price and delivery charges are separate. The full garment price is payable on delivery.
How long does a custom outfit take?
Share your occasion and required date with your enquiry. Completion depends on fabric, design and the studio schedule. Bernice confirms a completion date before you commit.
