Bernice Fashion Apparel uses the contact details and information you submit to discuss your garment, prepare a quote and arrange your requested service. Enquiries are stored so the studio can respond to your request.

Your information

Forms may collect your name, phone number, design preferences, event date and appointment location. Shop orders also store the selected garments, sizes, quantities, delivery address and, for online payments, your receipt email and payment reference/status so the studio can fulfil your order. Only provide an address when needed for the service. The size guide calculates guidance in your browser; it does not submit those measurements to the studio.

Garment interests

Heart buttons use a random browser identifier to remember your choices and prevent duplicate counts in that browser. Shared totals show interest in a garment. They do not include your name or contact details. Tap a heart again to remove your interest.

Quotes & appointments

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock, confirm an appointment or take payment. The studio confirms availability, fabric, the final price and completion date personally. Custom outfit pricing of ₦45,000–₦60,000 is indicative. Studio visits have no extra visit charge; home measurement and service visits add ₦20,000.

Payments can be arranged physically during an appointment. Ready-to-wear checkout supports secure online payment through Paystack, processed using the Nokolite Ltd. account. Your receipt email and payment amount are sent to Paystack to process the transaction. Enter card or bank details only on Paystack; Bernice does not store those details. Payment on delivery is available in Abuja. Outside Abuja, a separate ₦5,000 commitment fee is paid before dispatch; it is not deducted from the garment price and delivery charges are separate. The full garment price is payable on delivery.
